The IP Television Application does not collect, store or transmit any Personal Data from the User.
The Application operates entirely locally on the User's device. Playlists, preferences and settings are managed exclusively on the device and are not sent to any external server owned by the Data Controller.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. The Data Controller does not have access to the User's payment data (credit card, bank details, etc.). For information on how Apple handles data, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.

By filling in the contact form on the website, the User voluntarily provides their name and email address. This data is used solely to respond to the request and is kept for the time necessary to handle it.
The server hosting the website may automatically collect system logs containing IP address, browser type, operating system and access time. This data is used solely for technical and security purposes and is kept for a limited period.
Data collected through the website is processed within the European Union. Should it be necessary to transfer data outside the European Economic Area, this will be done in compliance with the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
