IP Television Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter, “Terms”) govern the use of the “IP Television” application (hereinafter, “IP Television” or the “App”), provided by Azero di Paolo Rossignoli, a sole proprietorship under Italian jurisdiction (hereinafter, the “Provider”). By downloading or using the App, you (hereinafter, the “User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service and Features
1.1 Service Description
- IP Television is an app that allows you to watch video content through an advanced player that displays m3u playlists provided by the User or third parties.
- The App also includes a subscription service, which allows access to an electronic program guide (EPG) and additional features (“IP Television Subscription Content”), available for streaming over the Internet on compatible devices, such as smart TVs, computers, and mobile devices.
1.2 Global Access
- The App can be downloaded from anywhere in the world. The User is responsible for verifying the App’s compliance with local laws and regulations of the country where the App is used or where the User resides.
2. EPG Subscription
2.1 Duration and Renewal
- The IP Television subscription renews monthly (or at such intervals specified at sign-up) until it is canceled.
- To use the subscription service, the User must have Internet access and a device compatible with IP Television, as well as a valid and accepted payment method (“Payment Method”).
2.2 Charges and Billing
- If the User does not cancel their subscription before the renewal date, the Provider is authorized to charge the subscription fee for the subsequent period to the chosen Payment Method.

3. Free Trials
3.1 Trial Period
- An IP Television subscription may begin with a free trial lasting one month (or another period specified during purchase) to allow new subscribers or certain former subscribers to test the service.
3.2 Eligibility and Limitations
- Eligibility for the free trial is at the sole discretion of IP Television, which reserves the right to limit or revoke it to prevent abuse.
- At the end of the free trial, if the User has not canceled the subscription, the Provider will automatically charge the subscription fee to the User’s Payment Method.
4. Content and Liability
4.1 Content Not Owned by the Provider
- The content viewed through IP Television is not owned by the Provider, who therefore does not guarantee its availability, updates, or quality.
- The App is designed for the use of channel lists containing legal content. The User is solely responsible for the content of the loaded playlists and for complying with local copyright and intellectual property laws.
4.2 No Affiliations
- IP Television does not provide channel playlists nor is it affiliated with any playlist vendors. Any playlist used by the User is provided by third parties and managed by the User at their own responsibility.
5. Customer Support
- For more information about the service, its features, or for assistance, the User can contact the Provider via the form on the website www.iptelevision.tv.
- In case of conflict between these Terms and any information provided by Customer Support or other sections of the website, these Terms shall prevail.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6.1 Governing Law
- These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the User’s right to avail themselves of mandatory provisions of the country of residence.
6.2 Jurisdiction
- Any dispute relating to the performance or interpretation of these Terms, except for mandatory legal provisions, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Provider’s competent court in Italy.
7. Unsolicited Materials
- IP Television does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas regarding potential content. If any materials or ideas are sent unsolicited, IP Television assumes no responsibility for any similarity between its content or programs and the materials or ideas submitted.
8. Limitations of Liability and Warranties
8.1 Use at User’s Risk
- The use of the App and any playlists is entirely at the User’s own risk. The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including the unavailability of content or any infringement of third-party rights.
8.2 No Express or Implied Warranties
- To the extent permitted by law, the Provider makes no express or implied warranties regarding the App’s operation, the continuity of the service, or the quality and availability of content in any given country.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 Survival of Clauses
- If one or more provisions of these Terms are deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
9.2 Changes to the Terms of Use
- IP Television reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to the User through official channels (e.g., the website, in-App updates). Continued use of the App after any such communication constitutes acceptance of the changes.
