Secure playlist
Your link becomes a QR code
You already have the link to a playlist you are properly subscribed to. A secure playlist encrypts it and turns it into a code: point your camera at it and the app opens with the playlist ready. No more copying endless strings by hand, and anyone looking at your screen won't see your credentials.
Three steps
How it works
Start from your own link
You already have the playlist link: it comes from the service you subscribe to. We don't give it to you and we don't know it.
It becomes an encrypted code
The link is encrypted and turned into a QR code. Anyone who scans it without the app gets nothing readable.
Scan and you're in
Open the iPhone camera and point it at the code: IP Television opens with the playlist ready, all that's left is to name it.

What we do not do
- We do not supply playlists or channels. IP Television is a player: you bring the content, just as a browser doesn't supply the sites you visit.
- We do not sell IPTV subscriptions. We are not affiliated with anyone who does, and we receive no payment from any provider.
- We do not host or retransmit content. No video stream passes through our servers.
- We do not store your link. It never reaches a database, we never see it and we never share it.
- You are responsible for what you play. Only use playlists you have the right to use: your own, or those of a service you are properly subscribed to. Playing protected content without authorisation breaches our Terms and the law.
Common doubts
Frequently asked questions
What is a secure playlist?
It is the link to a playlist you already own, encrypted and turned into a QR code. It exists to move that link into the app without retyping it and without showing it in plain sight.
Does IP Television supply playlists?
No. IP Television is a player: it does not supply, sell or retransmit playlists, channels or subscriptions. You bring the link, just as a browser does not supply the sites you visit.
Is my link stored anywhere?
No. It never passes through our servers, never reaches a database, and we never see it.
What does someone see if they scan the QR without the app?
Nothing readable. The content is encrypted, so they get neither the playlist address nor the credentials.
Do I need a subscription to IP Television?
Not for this feature. The app is free; beyond two playlists the corresponding in-app purchase is required.
